form¡¦s field isup.t and item.t, both default property are enable and value is fmax($#), Do you know why isup.t display ¡¥zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz¡¦, but item.t show ¡¥ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ¡¦ when start session ?

The values are domain dependent. The one with "z", must be having a domain with Conversion as "Lower case", whereas the one with "Z", must be having a domain with Conversion as "Upper case".
