Hi,
I know that this might be a stupid question, but I'm not that prof. Baan-Admin.
I need 2 more lines in the "After.Report"-Layout. How can I insert these? The Popup-Help says that the numer of lines is calculated automatically according the layout.
But how can I insert new lines?
Isn't it an easy question for you!

Go to "Edit" option, in the report editor. There is an option to insert line in the selected layout.
Also, maximum number of lines that can be accomodated in a layout is 22-23 (23 - I suppose!!). If you need more lines in a layout, then create a new layout.
Hope this helps.

Hi Morpheus.
Thanks, but it doesn't work. The "After.Report"-Layout ist only one line. There are a few label and form fields. If I go to Edit an klick on Insert Line nothing happens.
If I go to the last line of the "Header"-Layout - nothing happen. If I go to the first line of the "Header"-Layout - one line is insert. BUT line 5 (of 6) is now in line 6. Session ttadv3131s000 (Maintain Report Layouts) shows in Layout "Header" still 6 Lines. If I want to insert a second line - nothing happens.
I don't get that!
Still some ideas?

Hi Thomas,
use the option "Change Window Size" <ESC>S and the arrow keys to append lines to your selected layout.

Thomas,
Sorry, I should have also mentioned about resizing the window!!
Anyway,
1. Go to the editor.
2. Select "Resize window" under "Form" option.
3. Use arrow keys to increase/decrease the layout size.
4. Press "space bar" once you are finished with the resizing.
5. Insert lines.
ENJOY...;)
