I have a device for sending data from baan to excel and word, problem is than some characters which are ok in baan, are not right in excel or word, like character ().

hmm,
The datafile which was send to excel or word is created on the Baan Server. If you are working with baan-gui, the character conversion is done by the bshell.
So i think, you had to check the installed codepage on the baan server.

yes i know that.
I can chose locality when i maintain device now i have
ISO-8859-1 - eastern coding
ISO-8859-2 - western but if i chose ISO-8859-2 baan said
that locality must be ISO-8859-1 - eastern
