Hi all

I am printing reports and I want to modify the page length and width for a "landscape" report.

The problem when I print the report is that some data is missing due to page breaking.

I have changed the page length from 60 to 40 and this has had no affect. Also, I have changed the page width to 160 from 132. The font I am using is Small 17.1 cpi on the report.

Also, when I select continue to print the report I get dialog boxes saying that the report does not fit on the page....do I want to print Yes/No....wait till change paper Yes/ No.

Can anyone advise me?

I know in certain conditions when page breaks occur in certain report layouts they aren't printed, but changing the report width and length should at least have an affect on this.

thanks in advance for any help offered.

First change the report size to landscape......and then print the report.........if it still missing some data then decrese the page length to 60, 50, 40 and try..........

else in the bwprint reduce the font size..............

The size of the paper depends on the paper type you did define with your printer device.

Your report should have a page length of -1, than it uses the paper size.

To make things transparant, make the layouts as wide as the no.of.char which you can define in the report header.

Using landscape with bwprint? You should be able to print about 44 lines.

You can try spool.pg.width.
