I want to enable the New Group button for the standard session whinr1540m000(Stock Point Inventory).
Currently button is disabled as shown in the attached.
Is there any way I can achieve this.

I think it is because you are looking at a session in which you can only see stockpoints, not insert new stockpoints. It is all in all an Inventory Reporting session.

I think you should use the search function to switch to another existing group or use the next-last-first-previous group functions.
