Most probably , your search range is too narrow, make general search like (ZZZZZZZZ) . If nothings come then there is a problem with your VRC input.

Is this the copy of cisli120011000 made by the previous developer in the (newly made IT company) itc module?

You can try a $ grep -R itc120011000 ${bse}/application/ or findstr. The other option is to use ttadv2403m000 (be sure to uncheck the last field).

But be aware of drawing too early conclusions from the latter, because reports can be fired from (integration)DLLs without link to a session.
