every now and then a client gets a bwprint error :Cannot open print spool - apparently without cause. Various reports work fine and then after a couple of hours he gets an error message and nothing is printed ?!

Anybody got any ideas?

have just checked my client: the error message is :'Could not start print job' and the print server is pulled down with a Dr.Watson.
