Has anyone worked with parameters in Baan sessions? Did it work? Any help will be welcome.

I'm not sure what you are asking. An example might help.

What we want to do is:

From the baan desktop and option run program launch a session passing arguments to the session.

Example: to launch session tiitm0101m000 with article "020010014" (any article)

I am not aware of your BaaN Version.

NOTE- The the "run program" from the menu browser is replaced with "Session" bar in the newer BaaN versions with Worktop. The arguments option would not be valid anymore.
