We have 5 companies to manage in our LN and this is what I want to happen in my customize report ,I Just need to pickup the company name in a report once I change company in every report that I will create.

What script should I create or what domain or table I will use to appear the company name and descrpiption.

You can use the special fields in the report layout editor.
