Sales order number
Sales order line details (Quantity, Item Code, Item Description, unit price, total amount)

and total amount in words.

Hi , Acahapay - its very simply - im use Extensions for reports.
Wich version Infor You use?
After this your fields from extensions you see in Report Designer - then move this field and save.
