I have a requirement to use Add and Replace action Code in standard BOD (People) depending on existence of data in LN table. Can you please guide me how this can be possible?

Can you give some more background information? Is this about a incoming to LN BOD or outgoing?

It is standard People Incoming BOD I am using. I have to both insert and update employee table (tccom001) using a single source file. So, I need to have both Add/Replace action code for same BOD. Can it be handled using XSLT mapping?

The standard documentation for the Person BOD says: This BOD supports the actionCode 'Add' and 'Change'.
Did you try to always send Add? Most likely it will do an update in case the employee does already exist.

If actioncode = ADD, then the Acknowledgment is created with error for those records which are already exist
If actioncode = REPLACE or CHANGE, then the Acknowledgment is created with error for those records which are not exist

This is indeed the strict behavior in LN. So you need to track this in the sending application whether the Employee/Person was created already in LN yes or no.
