When i creating a new session,i give session description but it changes to session name only.any solution to overcome this problem.

I am not sure I get the problem. Can you give more details - the thread title is label description, yet the body of the message is about session description. Maybe some screen shots or something showing us exactly what the issue is.

Did you compile the labels of package TD after creating the new session?

Yes.i have compiled the label

OK, you have compiled the labels of VRC B61O 10 test. Other labels in B61O 10 test will work normal? (So they will show up in reports or forms?)

It got solved after comping with administrative login.i think I was not having rights to do administrative activity.
