On the face of it.

There seems to be problem with your standard dll, tcmcsdll0012 and its object 0tcmcsdll0012..

But can you try performing other functions like , CReating a Purchase Order or creating a ledger account etc?

No, i create only SO not PO.which error is occuring in tcmcs.dll0012???

tcmcs.dll0012 seems to have got corrupted. Can you check with your admin team about it?Maybe
some Standard solution got installed over it.

Just wanna check whther other Objects got corrupted, Are you able to create PO and Process it?

If yes, then you would have to replace object of tcmcs.dll0012,Like in the location of
C:/ERPLN/application/tcB61U_a_stnd/otcmcs/omcsdll0012, Replace it with a version which is working or reinstall
the solution.
