Pretty much the same. Specify package, export VRC, tick "Export based on Sessions" and input your session into Sesions range. In the Components 1 you can tell it to export sources if you need.

I tries with Export based on sessions = No, Because I want to export only one session(Particular form, report belongs to that session). All components in component1 and component2 tab are disabled. Only one/two enabled.Can you please tell exact flow of export I know steps but not clear

Then untick "Export based on sessions", go to Components and untick all except session, report objects and script objects (you don't need to export sources if you are not going to comiple it on the live server). One (big) limitation: it only supports ranges so it can be sometimes impossible not to export something extra.
