I have uploaded one image for particular item in Item general session to IDM.
Now I need to upload same image(any document) from IDM to some other session in LN.

Please any one can help me

You have to change the incontext model of the table/session where you want to show the link to the item image as well. See the InContext Modeler Development Guide how to do that.
