We lost the application layer for a company last week and restored all the directories. When we compile we now get "Error message : Cannot open Tools Security File. (-13)". This was a test company and so far this is the only the only issue I can see. Anybody know what this security file is? I am wondering if this might have been a file that was open during a backup, and was not restored.

Very interesting - we are in the process of converting to SLM licensing(plus porting set upgrade, os upgrade and database upgrade). Sounds like this company is kind of mixed with SLM. Thanks a lot.
