Maximum number of lines that can be accomodated in any report layout is 23 (BaaN IV c4). I need to put more lines in the format. Is there any standard way of doing that, or is there any other solution!?

You define another such layout, with the different sequence number. That is all. It will get printed after the earlier layout is printed.
