Cannot run session from Infor LN Studio, error message as:
[MR_E_READNG] cannot read session or object

I ran into the same problem. Under Preferences / infor jca connectivity we did not have the debug configuration set. Check out KB 1892341

I was following the guide, and the debug configuration was set up as socket-in, and assign a local port, however, it still occurred this error.

I am not sure what you mean by local port. Try assigning port 7900
