I am facing a problem during creating Extension. It is showing the an error. Please check the attached document.

Seems to be that there is another Application which is linked to the extensibility Base VRC, probably B61O_a_ext.

How can it be solved?

In LN Studio, Project Server perspective, you can look for the Applications in the Application Explorer. Remove the release B61O_a_ext from the Application that does not have the name 'EXT<package combination>'.
