I would like to customize the Baan general aspect,for example i would like to change the top Navbar from white to black. Is it possible?

Hi,

You can explore the concept of Sensitivity Labelling. It will allow you to change the color and add labels to the bars at company and session level.

Note - Not sure about your LN Version, but it should work in FP7 or above versions.
