sometimes I found hints about infor documentation in the threads here.
But with my Infor Extreme Account I can't find These documentations.
Example: "U9656G US" or "U8883 US"
Are such documents not longer available from infor?

I look for a programming guide for SSRS Reports or Infor ES Report Configurator.

Here is the hint on the web page of your given link:
Additional information, including technical and installation guides, are available on Infor Xtreme (login required).

But in Infor Extreme Support there I can't find any Documentation for programmer questions.

correct, not easy to find.

But try the link provided by Uli and then:
Infor LN -> Infor LN Online Help v10.4.x Cloud Edition -> English -> Documentation -> Documents by Type

Here you find the Administrator and Developer Guides for the SQL Server Reporting Services in the corresponding document types

In Xtreme, select Search>Browse Documentation. Select Product Line LN ERP (probably your default) and the version. Developer guides for SSRS and Connector for Infor Reporting can be found in Tools>Reporting.
