There is a session in Baan IV which Copy/Move language dependent software component from one language to another (ttadv6200m000). This session is not there in ERPLN any more. What is the equivalent session for that in ERPLN.

Try this - ttadv6265m000(Copy S/W Components to New Package VRC)

In the Tools>Translation>Import/Export Facilities menu there are sessions to export language dependent components and to import those again. If you specify the target language during export, you can import those components in that language.
In LN only Messages, Questions and Labels are language dependent.

If you don't want to translate Messages, Questions and Labels, in ERPLN you don't need to copy SW components to your language. Application will use SW components from installation language (usualy english).
