We need to clear some data from BaaN tables depending on Item.
Actually our organisation has sold out some divisions to another organisation.

Now "other" organisation wants their data to be cleansed , so we need to delete all the data related to an list of item (whether master or transaction data)
. how can we deal here ?

I don't think deleting the data is an advisable way to do it. Instead, you can go for blocking those items.
