I have a problem with a print session in Webtop B4c4.

Attached there is the screenshot error that appear when it is selected a Windows printer.
In particular when the user reprint the report a second time, it seems that server side it is anything that hangs the process.

Any advice?

Hi,

Seems like tools error. May be you are missing any Tools Solution on your environment or you can log an incident with Infor to get one for this.

Other than that, to check on your own, you can take a bshell trace or check the log files and event viewer to verify the reason for this error.
