Its not a one step procedure. You can follow document U7850B US "Writers Guide and Reference for Infor XML 6.4 Help Customization" and add session help to your customized sessions.

I created some help docs an year ago and currently don't have any. As I said, its not a single step job and might take some time to build. You can follow the document and create one on your own. Basic idea is to create your help files and import them.
