We can't print Outbound data (tdilc4401m000) , can't release outbound data and can't print DO (tdsls4403m000)...

We never do any customization, but, suddenly this problem occurs. I'm totally blank and don't know what else to do. Been working with this for pass two days, but, can't get any solution..

Please do guide me..

Doesn't it work at all, or just for particular orders or order types?
And what exact version are you on (Servicepack?)

From a functional point - the usual suspects are:
1) customer or sales order is blocked
2) planned delivery date is outside of the form date
3) Order or lines are ship complete (not all lines or line(s) qty's are picked)

you prob know all this.....

look in gtm and see the dfference on the tdilc401/tdsls045 records as opposed to older records that had no problem.

excuse me if I am pointing out the obvious.........

Another (unusual) suspect:

There is an application lock on the sales order.

I'm using Baan Iv c2..

1) there is no application locks
2) it doesn't work at all ..which means for all the orders.. we just stick to only one order types...

any other solutions please...
