I want to do conditional formatting as it seen in webtop.
the same i want in worktop(fp9).
any ideas ?

And I also want equivalent function of create.object(),create.sub.object() and destroy.object() in fp9.

Conditional formatting is not supported in worktop. And create.object() is not supported in WebUI and LN UI (new in 10.3.1).
LN is completely moving to thin client. Take a look at the dialog... and gbf... functions for more flexible screens.
