I am having index with 5 fields,
cono, cnln, cprj, item, line

when i use ctrl + F , i mean when i m using index for searching it ask me to enter all five fields to be enter i just want to provide input for first field of index , how would i achieve it?

that can be done by having form with view field as "cono" as your view field

sir, i am not asking about form field but i am asking about index, when we search record using index that is ctrl + F, then i want to disable other fields of index...

Sorry my mistake...

if you are going by standard it will bring in all the key fields of index...( just by entering the 1st field will do ) but not really sure why do you want to disable the rest of the fields..

Hi Sachin,

If you are looking for the changes in custom session. You have the option "Indices.." option from the specific of Sessions. Where you can define the indices you want to show it on the session and also the number of fields to be shown on each index.
