There are multiple ways to do this - or at least in 4c4 there is. You can create an exchange scheme to import data or you can use ttaad4227m000 to create table from a sequential dump.

In LN you can export the data to Excel if the data is in a session (either visible or hidden). This is available from FP7 onwards. FP8 (10.2) also supports the import from Excel. Excel export and import are available in WebUI/Workspace/Ming.le only.
