I am trying to export the following data from BaaN 4c

1. Suppliers data from tccom020
2. Receipts data from tdpur045
3. PO Header and Lines from tdpur040 , tdpur041
4. GL-Chart of Accounts and Dimensions

The problem is the export is to be scheduled everyday in the night.
But the exchange schemes should just export only new data or updated data from the relevant tables everyday.


i.e for eg. if yesterday the scheme exported 10 records of suppliers data.
then today it should export data related to suppliers maintained only after yesterdays export or suppliers that where modified since the export yesterday.

The same criteria applies to Receipts data , PO header and lines data , and GL chart of Accounts and Dimensions data.

Please provide suggestions ...or if anyone has already worked on such a problem pls send me the details of how to go about this problem.

This is what the "exchange based on audit files" option is for when running the exchange scheme. Of course, you then have to audit the tables mentioned.
