I am not sure about 4C4,

But in LN, we have a session called Developer's Parameter(ttams1150m000) where you can change the editor. Just make Editor Read-Only Command & Editor Read-Write Command as notepad.exe.

In BaanIV it use session ttadv0110m000.

use ttadv0110m000 for 4c4.
