I think the labels are not compiled after a solution installation or something like that. Try running session Compile Labels (ttadv1243m000) for full range. I guess this should solve the problem.

Also, set your current package VRC. The message code is for - "Current Package VRC: %1$s %2$s %3$s %4$s"
