We have migrated to BaanIVc4 from BaanIVc3 on oracle 8.0.4 and the portting set in c4 environment is 6.1c.06.03.

Now when I am trying to open the report layout, the session gets hanged means the hour glass remains as it is and the layout editor is not appearing afte waiting for 10 min.

I even tried to install the latest tools dumps from solution10923.

Please let me know if anyone has some workaround.

Problem with the hourglas is a known issue from standard program. If an update via 10923 not works, than I guess you use NT and you need to restart shared memory (or the entire server).

OS: Solaris 2.5

Database : Oracle 8.0.4

Baan : BaanIV C4

Porting set: 6.1c.06.03
