There is no easy way to learn anything. You will need to put some efforts. I will suggest you to start exploring the forums discussed. You wont understand much but it can help. And also, search for other blogs who provide information of Baan.

You will soon get a Tools Training which will do it all and you will be a good Baan Programmer soon. Also, refer to the standard Baan Documentation.
