I would like to know if there is a mean to register an automation .bwc file on a computer without opening and save it in config mode.

Perhaps a bw.exe option ?

Good question. I know we have pushed out new .bwc files to users without any user interaction. The only problem is I do not think we ever changed the automation tab. Of course I do not know what all takes place when we do the push - it might even include the registry entries.

What do you mean with "push out new .bwc to users" ?

We have software that can push out applications or software components to all of our users at all of our sites. I think we currently use some kind of HP client automation tool. And I believe we can force a push to the user or we can let them download it at their leisure. I am not really familiar with what all has to happen to make it work.
