Hi all,
when I try to print on RPT device (Report Viewer on Web UI) I get the error "Cannot get the tickets required to sign on". It's clearly something concerning Webtop as the message details report (see the attachment).

I access the Web UI through the following URL:
http(s)://[hostname]:[port]/[webui-root]/servlet/fslogin

Some information:
- I noticed that the SSO is active and the user whom I login is the generic system user;
- Web UI version is 10.1;
- ERP LN FP7;
I'm an absolute beginner on ERP LN and I don't know what can be the reason of the error message. I need help

Hi.

For me the BIRT/Report viewer is not compatible with SSO solution. (i m a similar error in a project).
I think that you must contact the support.

for make a test, try the same report with standard login (without SSO).
in your case http://Serveur:port/webui
