I am installing ERPLN on a 3 tier environment, oracle DB server is installed on a windows 2003 server based VM amd installing ERPLN on a different windows 2008 VM, while installing it is asking for oracle home and service name.
What are the details required to fill?

Which option I want to select from Database Server Location either "Oracle Instance on Infor Server" OR "Oracle Service Name"?

I provide the Oracle Home and Oracle SID as shown in attachment. But it gives an error. What is the solution and what are the proper values for this parameters?

Hmm. That's not going to work.

You need to install an oracle client on your ERP Enterprise server. Make sure you can connect to the oracle database before you start installing.

Talk to your dba, he should know what to setup.
