How to export already existed report e.g. Bill of Material (With Net Quantity) from Infor LN in MS Reporting Server?

Can we connect connect oracle database to MS Reporting Server?

Infor did not deliver yet an MS SSRS report design for BOM. You have to design it yourself (according the procedure described in the Developer's Guide for LN MS Reporting).

Yes, you can connect to an Oracle database from your MS Reporting Server. But then you have to query directly the Oracle tables and you bypass the LN logic.
