in Maintain-Session ttadv2100m000 (Form 2) use Forms ttadv3100s000 -> Edit Form
In Form-Editor use CTRL+O for maintain form field sequence.

When I change the sequence in Form editor, I cannot save or exit from the form session. The form session gets locked.

After changing the sequence did you hit escape? After hitting escape you should be able to save and exit form.
