I am getting an error when I try to run the session ttadv5210m000 (Create Runtime Data Dictionary). I am trying to import some new tables and sessions from a Test company to the Production company.

There should be some errors logged in $BSE/log

As suggested by Jaap, check the errorlog also post here so that we can find out what is the exact problem.

Mostly this error occurs when following tables already contain data, empty ttadv501- 504 of 000 company tables and re run Convert to run time.
Logout and Relog in , run ttadv5210m000 for update standard package comb and customer development package comb, logout and relogin and run create tables.

Hopefully this will resolve your problem.
