I have added a button ‘Project Address’ on form but now existing button ‘Copy To PO’ is not visible.
Initially the ‘Copy To PO’ button was in between Footer Text and Lines. Now I have added a new button ‘Project Address’ after ‘Footer Text’,

The new button is now visible but existing ‘Copy To PO’ is not visible on form but it is present in Special Menu.

You have to add the choice to the "Buttons" (under the spec. options button).
