I have used CRDD many times in the past but I never actually paid attention to the process! Though there are no changes to tttxt001, process always tries to pickup tttxt001 and re-configures tttxt001! If I have a text field in my tables then it makes sense otherwise I dont see a valid reason! Does anyone know why it picks up tttxt001?

Makes sense only if we have text field in the table! The tables that I have created doesn't have any text fields :-(

Seems mystery.Only reconfig developer can tell the reason.

One reason I think is that reconfig works at package comb level .At that level text field must be coming into consideration.
