is it possible to disable the standard command View -> Customize Grid... in Dynamic Forms?

In the User Data Template there is a checkbox called Application Personalization (or Customizable Fields in older versions). If you uncheck this one (and convert to runtime and restart bshell), the command will be disabled.

I think you can use the field Customization/Personalization (depending on version) Prohibited on the Form tab of the Session definition.
