I have a customized report with header ( 9 lines), detail (1 line) and footer (6 lines).
When I view the report output in display device (D) then all 3 layouts are visible on each new page.
But when I change the device to b2win56 then 6 lines from header are missing.
Please let me know what the problem can be and how it can be fixed

B2Win sounds like Nazdaq product. Can you please confirm that.

If it is, did you open a problem ticket with them?

On the slim chance that this is not a Nazdaq solution - you will need to provide a bit more information as to how you are converting a Baan report to PDF.

Found solution to this problem, one can switch to graphics mode in b2win56.
In graphics mode the report is printed without any formatting.
