Hi All,

Is it possible to export a script in debug mode in ERP LN6.1??
If yes, please let me know how?

No, this is not possible. PMC blocks the export if one or more objects are compiled in debug mode. Note that PMC is meant for official deliveries from one system to another.
To get the debug object in the other environment, just copy the object (and the source) or create an IEX patch.
