No way. Tools components cannot be modified, there aren't also in application data dictionary.

You can only read the tt tables and do a brand new report.

In LN (with Enterprise Server 8.7 installed) you can define a Microsoft Reporting Services design for the tools report. Then you can make a layout that fits your needs, based on the same data that is used for the classic report.

Created SQL Query against ttadv422.

Output can then be used in Excel to sort, filter ...

Still u wont have any labels coming . U may need to have joins with tables like ttadv140 and/or ttadv112.
