i have some problem with the Reporting service again.

there's an error of :


An error has occurred during report processing. (rsProcessingAborted)
Cannot create a connection to data source 'ERPLN'. (rsErrorOpeningConnection)
Unable to create connection to backend
An address incompatible with the requested protocol was used


when i tried to run the report on the webui, but there's no problem when i run it on the BIDS.


can you help me figure it out?

It has to do with IPv6. See solutions 1022087 and 1013758 in Infor365.

Thanks for the solution, it worked after i disabled the ipv6, i can't open the solution 1022087 though.

One more question, why does the report server always asking me the username and password eventhough i already put it on the report server?

The prompt for userid/password has to do with your IE security settings. Please check it for the different zones. See screenshot.
