There is a documentation portal that should have been delivered/downloaded that has a number of setup and developers guides. When webtop is set up to supply webhelp, it should also be copied as a seperate step to webhelp but often is not.

See if you can get that loaded, and then there is a simple developers guide to walk you through the process.
