I am trying to host BIRT report from outside webtop, the report layout appear correctly but due some erroneous web.xml entries I cannot connect to the datasource through Infor BDB driver, while hosting it through webtop, the webtop session variables and configuration values are taking care of this, but while running the reports outside the webtop I am missing the proper web.xml entries for connectivity.

The reason for hosting it outside webtop is my clients are used to worktop and they need to run the report through normal BaaN session and not using the thin client.

Any input in this regards is much appreciated.

May I know what you want to do exactly???

As per my understading you want to run BIRT report through client(Wroktop) or something else. Please correct me if I am wrong.

I want to host BIRT reports in separate Tomcat instance, other than where I am hosting Webtop. But I also need to make use of Infor BDB drivers for connectivity and not the jdbc connection.
