My requirements is i wanted to add an empty table that is displayed below in either footer or after.report layout

I need something like this. the above table is not associated to fields or labels.it is just a plain empty table. please let me know if you need more info...

When adding a layout the num of rows field is disabled for all the available layouts as shown in the attachment. Please let me know how to enable the num of rows.

create a Layout -> open your report editor, klick menu "Mode" and menu item "Toogle Graphics" and now you can draw cells with the numeric keypad.

Not sure about LN, but on 4c4. you can change the layout size under form, resize window. This adds more lines to the layout. Not sure if that is what you are referring to with number of rows.
